What is the turnaround time for bulk orders?
For bulk orders, due to the embroidery and dye-sublimation production processes, an additional 7–9 business days will be added to the delivery date shown in your auto-generated order confirmation. If you require expedited production, a 10% surcharge will apply.

What shipping options are available for bulk orders, and how long do they take?
We maintain long-term partnerships with trusted global logistics providers for bulk shipments. Bulk orders are shipped via premium carriers such as DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Items reported after the 10-day period may be re-evaluated by your assigned sales representative.

  • Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
