While perfection is always our goal, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen. That’s why we’re committed to giving you a completely worry-free experience. Simply notify us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee

We’ve made the process quick, fair, and hassle-free:

  • If your order includes items that are materially different from your approved design or produced on incorrect products, we will reproduce the items or issue a full or partial refund, based on your preference.

  • If, for any reason, we are unable to correctly reprint or re-embroider the affected items, we will refund the cost of those pieces. Refunds are processed within 1–2 days after we receive the returned item(s).

  • If you selected DHL Shipping, we will fully refund your shipping charges when you return or exchange your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made specifically for you, a $20 customization fee per item is included in the purchase price.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We can retrieve and cancel the order only if it has not yet entered production.

Please note that once an order is submitted, production begins immediately on personalized items. If you request cancellation after production has started, the order will be subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.

All refunds will be issued for the original amount paid, excluding shipping fees and customization discounts, except in cases of incorrect shipment. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of this confirmation for the funds to appear in your account. In some cases, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to reflect on your statement.
